New Device?
Did you get a new phone or watch? Your mobile Bruin Card will need to be removed from your old device before it can be added and used on your new device. Follow the instructions below to transfer your mobile Bruin Card.
Your new device may require a reset of your Microsoft Authenticator. For assistance with the Microsoft Authenticator or your Belmont Microsoft credentials, please contact the Service Desk.
We recommend transferring devices during business hours if at all possible in case you need assistance from one of our offices. For temporary access support after business hours or on weekends, please visit the Office of Campus Security.

- Once logged into the eAccounts app, tap the down arrow to the right of your name to expand the menu.
- Tap More Information.
- Tap Remove Campus ID from the device you wish to clear.
- On your NEW device, download the Transact eAccounts app and follow the instructions to add the Bruin Card ID to your device.

OPTION 2: Remove Using Your New Device (If Old Device is Unavailable)
If your old device is lost, broken, or otherwise unavailable, it is sometimes possible to remove the pass online or using your new device. Please see below for instructions for each device model. Note that if your device is not listed or if you are unsuccessful, you will need to contact bruincard@belmont.edu and request that we retire your old Bruin Card remotely. Retiring the old credential will allow you to add the Bruin Card to your new device following these instructions.
**Warning: These processes will remove ALL wallet items associated with your old device.
From your NEW iPhone:
