Students participating in a special event group fitness workout. Group Fitness classes are a great way for participants to build new relationships in a positive and encouraging environment while getting a great workout! If the thought of going to the weight room is intimidating, check out our group fitness classes. Many people begin their fitness journey in group fitness because you can tailor the workout intensity to what you want it to be and the community in the classes is so supportive!

Available Group Fitness Classes

If you want a low impact strength workout that can enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility, and confidence, then this format is for you. Barre blends a variety of movements from ballet, dance, functional strength, and mind-body. Come check it out!

Class Titles:  Barre Fusion

Strength training classes will challenge all of your major muscle groups allowing participants to build strength, develop endurance, and see just how hard they can work. Designed for all fitness levels, these classes will leave you feeling stronger and more confident in your workouts and in yourself!

Class Titles:  Bootcamp

This high energy class will combine the best of both worlds with an enthusiastic cycle ride, followed by strength and endurance exercises. Join in on the fun with some friends and try out this 50- minute killer workout!

Any dance enthusiasts here? If so, this class if for you! Come dance your heart out and learn new routines to some of your favorite hip hop songs!

Don’t have a bike but love to ride? No worries we got you covered. Get your adrenaline going with some speed and resistance training by climbing hills, pushing through some killer sprints, while also jamming out to some upbeat hits.

Build strength, increase flexibility, and establish stability and control with your body, try this out. Spend 50 minutes to learn new postures and coordinate your breathing through movement of the body.

Pilates is an exercise and body conditioning that uses a series of movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
