Curb College on Music Row: The Future of Entertainment & Media
As part of Belmont’s Hope Transforms campaign, the Mike Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business is expanding its historic presence on Music Row. With a bold $98 million vision already underway, this once-in-a-generation project will provide:
- 17,000+ sq ft of new creative space in the renovated Capitol Records/Buddy Lee Attractions building (opening 2025)
- A state-of-the-art 70,000 sq ft facility (2026–2028) with a 400-capacity venue, student lounges, content capture suites and a Center for Mental Health in Entertainment
- Unprecedented access for students to learn, create and lead in the heart of Nashville’s entertainment industry
