As a principal consultant, she specializes in creating bespoke leadership programs for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, leveraging her extensive knowledge in organizational change, emotional intelligence, and strategic leadership.

Currently, Dr. Lashlee Adams serves as the Executive Director and Principal Consultant of Executive Education at Belmont University. Her role includes designing and implementing leadership development programs, delivering impactful keynote presentations, and providing executive coaching to senior leaders.

Previously, as Head of Instruction & Curriculum at Belmont University, Dr. Lashlee Adams led a team of over 30 facilitators and executive coaches, fostering excellence and consistency in program delivery.
