Hyangsook Lee

Biography

Hyangsook Lee is an associate professor of media production in Belmont University’s Department of Film, TV and Media Production. She holds a Ph.D. in instructional technology from Kent State University, and M.Ed. from Ohio University, and a B.E. in computer engineering from Hong-Ik University in Seoul, South Korea. Her teaching areas include motion graphics, 3D motion design, and data visualization. 

With more than 10 years of professional experience in visual communication, Dr. Lee researches the intersection of technology, creativity, and storytelling, with a focus on generative AI, mixed reality, and their potential to transform media production and visual storytelling.
