Biography
Benjy Davies completed a BFA from the Ohio State University and an MFA in Printmaking from Ohio University. His work includes printmaking, drawing, painting and mixed media work, and has been exhibited broadly. He is a MacDowell Fellow (NH), a Madog Faculty Fellow (OH), and a member of the Southern Graphics Council. His Daily Drawings project begun on March 1, 2008, contains over 6,000 individual artworks.
Benjy’s previous teaching and leadership positions include Wesleyan College (GA), Ohio University (OH), the University of Rio Grande (OH) and Pikes Peak State College (CO). He is an avid runner and hiker, and an occasional unicyclist.
